7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited vehicle uses:
- Use of the vehicle for any unlawful activities is strictly prohibited. This includes racing, off-roading, or any actions that may jeopardize safety. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. The vehicle must not be sublet to others or driven by unauthorized individuals. Operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden. Vehicles should only be used for their intended purposes, adhering to passenger and weight limits. Driving beyond the specified geographical area requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed under English and Welsh law, Car Hire Morecambe is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount you paid for the rental in the previous 12 months.
